Shipping Policy

We work with the best shipping partners in India. You will be provided many options of shipping to choose from at time of checkout.
please note that bandarwal and coaster sets are heavy in weight and the charges for shipping these will also be high.
You can choose from the multiple shipping options provided at checkout.
We make sure to pack all the products with proper care by following safety standards and deliver your package on time.
Our Average delivery time is 5 to 7 days.
Shipping time does not include weekends and one day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped.
Typically it takes about five to seven business days for you to receive the item(s) after it is shipped.
However we don’t hold any responsibility for the delays by the shipping company.
We are not responsible for any lost/missing/stolen parcels once they are delivered.

Priority and overnight shipping options are also available at additional cost.
Our shipping is currently limited only to India.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns/ Exchanges
WE MAKE SURE THAT YOU WOULD NEVER NEED AN EXCHANGE
and we hope you love what you ordered! But just in case if you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, or if any items are missing from your order.. you may put in a request for exchange or to claim missing product on email or call within 24 hours from the time you received the package.
Unpacking video is compulsory to make any claims of exchange/missing products.
Take a video of you opening the seal of the package and pulling out the products one by one, please sure to take
this video in a well lit surrounding.
Do note:
Items should be unused, undamaged with all original tags attached to be eligible for exchanges. Incase you wish to proceed with an exchange we have 2 options to send the packages back to us.
1. We can send our shipping label with an additional cost, which will be deducted from your amount.
2. You can use your own shipping method at your own cost.
We do not offer free return shipping on exchanges and do not refund the amount. Customers exchanging the items are responsible for mailing charges.
All CLEARANCE ITEMS purchased are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
In case the item is damaged, please contact nyaricreations@gmail.com with the necessary photos showing the damaged areas. Once the return is approved then we shall send you a return label to send the item back. We will give you a complete refund including the charges you have accrued of delivery. We will process your refund once we get the item back. Email us your account details and allow 24 hours to process the refund after we have gone through the product you have shipped to us.
